Chef Linda Lee has cooked for diabetics, celiacs, children with food allergies, autism, bariatric surgery patients and low carb dieters at her bakery on Long Island since 2003. She teaches cooking classes and holds programs at many of the libraries on Long Island, at hospitals, fairs and organizations. She has a unique approach to cooking and tailors her meals to accommodate all kinds of dietary restrictions, including sugar, wheat, gluten, dairy, egg, etc., as well, as for people who have had bariatric surgery or are on low carb diets.
