Our Philosophy
We believe that everyone, no matter what ailment you may have or what diet you may be following, deserves delicious fresh baked treats!
No longer do you need to buy something separate for the diabetic, celiac or special diet needs member of your family. Everyone can enjoy our cakes! And our cakes are so delicious that everyone, even those not on special diets, will grab another slice!
We use no flour and no sugar. We will not use those starchy flours often used in gluten-free products like corn flour, rice flour, potato flour, tapioca, etc. Our products are baked with almond flour, which is made naturally from finely ground blanched almonds.
Not only is almond flour delicious, it is nutritious too and will not impact blood sugar levels like typical starchy gluten-free products.
We use Splenda brand sweetener in place of sugar. With no after taste, you can not tell our products are sugar-free. Since out products are baked with almond flour and Splenda, we are a low carb dieter's best friend!
